The Steering Committee consists of the chairs of the subcommittees and other community partners. This committee serves as the Oakland County Human Services Community Collaborative Council (HSCC) Early Childhood Workgroup. The Steering Committee ensures that the work of the subcommittees is coordinated and that the GSC-O Strategic Plan is on track.
